Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Bizrie (“Bizrie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any Bizrie service (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, safeguard your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you authorize to access your workspace.

3. The Service

Bizrie provides tools to create, edit, publish, organize, and play business video content, including AI-assisted scripts, stock media, AI-generated voice and presenter clips, playlists, and connected-screen playback. Features, limits, providers, and availability may vary by plan and may change as the Service develops.

We may modify, add, or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces a paid Service, we will provide notice when reasonably practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular provider, presenter, voice, or generation result.

4. AI-generated content

AI-generated output may contain mistakes, omissions, artifacts, or unexpected material. You must review and approve content before publishing or displaying it. Bizrie output is not medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice, and you may not rely on it as a substitute for qualified review.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, accessibility, required disclosures, advertising claims, and suitability of content you publish. You must not represent an AI-generated person as a real employee or speaker in a deceptive manner.

Bizrie labels presenter scenes as AI-generated. You may not remove, conceal, or obscure that disclosure where law requires it, and you must add any additional disclosure required for your audience, channel, or use.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of material you submit (“User Content”). You grant Bizrie and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, modify, and display User Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service and comply with law.

You represent that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for User Content. This includes copyrights, trademarks, music and publicity rights, and valid consent for every person whose name, image, voice, performance, or likeness you submit.

For a Custom AI Team Member, you must provide authentic, approved footage and legally sufficient explicit consent from the depicted person. You may not create or use a likeness without authorization, impersonate someone deceptively, or continue using a likeness after your authority has ended.

As between you and Bizrie, and subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you own the output generated specifically for you from your User Content. Bizrie retains all rights in the Service, software, templates, designs, systems, and preexisting materials.

6. Background music

Bizrie may provide instrumental background music, including music generated using artificial-intelligence models. Subject to these Terms and your applicable plan, Bizrie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to synchronize and play available tracks only as part of programs created, published, exported, or displayed through an authorized Bizrie feature.

You may not extract, download, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or make a track available as standalone audio or as part of another music library, streaming service, dataset, or product. You may not use a track, an underlying model, or model output to create or improve a foundational generative-AI model except where the applicable provider license expressly permits it.

Catalog tracks are not created exclusively for you. They may not be unique, and the same or similar music may be available to other customers. Bizrie does not guarantee that a track is eligible for copyright protection, is unique, or will be free from every third-party claim. To the extent rights exist, Bizrie and its licensors retain their rights in the music catalog, underlying models, and related technology.

We may remove, replace, or restrict a track when reasonably necessary for licensing, provider, safety, or legal reasons. When an authorized Bizrie feature permits you to export a completed program containing a track, you may continue using that completed export after your subscription ends, but you may not extract or reuse the track separately. 7. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate law, regulation, court order, or another person’s rights.
• Create deceptive impersonations, nonconsensual intimate material, fraud, harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or unlawful discrimination.
• Upload malware, disrupt the Service, bypass security or usage limits, scrape catalogs, or reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits.
• Submit patient records, protected health information, or other regulated data unless Bizrie has expressly agreed in writing to receive it and any required agreement is in place.
• Use content or outputs to make decisions in high-impact areas such as employment, housing, credit, insurance, medical care, or legal services without all required human review and legal safeguards.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly allowed by your plan or a written agreement.

8. Trials, subscriptions, and automatic renewal

Current plan prices, features, generation allowances, screen limits, and trial terms are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. A no-card trial ends unless you choose a paid plan. We will disclose any trial that converts to a paid subscription before enrollment.

Paid plans and recurring add-ons are billed in advance and automatically renew for successive monthly periods until canceled. Before you purchase, Stripe Checkout displays the amount, billing frequency, included items, and applicable one-time charges. You authorize Bizrie and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide.

You can cancel recurring services online through Billing and the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid billing period unless law requires otherwise. You will retain paid access through that period, and we will not charge the next renewal. Deleting an app, disconnecting a screen, or ceasing use does not cancel a subscription.

Prices may change. We will provide notice of material price changes as required by law before they take effect. You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes based on Bizrie’s income.

9. Refunds and Custom AI Team Member fees

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, paid subscription periods, completed generation work, and prior charges are non-refundable.

The Custom AI Team Member one-time creation fee becomes non-refundable once your approved footage is submitted for creation, except if the Custom AI Team Member cannot be created successfully. Recurring Custom AI Team Member and other add-on charges may be canceled for future billing periods through Billing.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties for payment processing, authentication, hosting, AI generation, stock media, analytics, and support. Your use of third-party content or features may be subject to additional terms. Bizrie is not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we will use reasonable efforts to address service issues affecting Bizrie.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel recurring billing as described above. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the Service in a way that could harm Bizrie, our providers, users, or others. When reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

After termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete content after a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations and our retention practices. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute terms.

12. Bizrie intellectual property

Bizrie and its licensors own the Service and all related software, interfaces, branding, documentation, templates, and technology. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service during your authorized subscription. No other rights are granted.

If you provide feedback, you grant Bizrie a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

13. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” BIZRIE DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE UNIQUE, ACCURATE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZRIE AND ITS AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZRIE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BIZRIE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bizrie and its affiliates, personnel, and providers from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your published content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement or violation of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Bizrie’s own unlawful conduct.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute may be brought in a state or federal court with lawful jurisdiction in California. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Before filing a claim, you and Bizrie agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally by emailing support@bizrie.com with a description of the dispute.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will post revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice of material changes when required. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

18. General terms

These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the Service unless a separate written agreement applies. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Bizrie may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale of the business.
