Our commitment
Bizrie is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across our public website and core application. Accessibility is part of our design, engineering, content, and support process. This statement describes our present efforts and is not a claim of third-party certification.
Measures we take
- Semantic page structure, headings, landmarks, and a skip-navigation link.
- Keyboard access and visible focus indicators for interactive controls.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for form controls.
- Captions for presenter clips.
- Controls to pause moving promotional content and reduced-motion support.
- Responsive layouts that support browser zoom and smaller screens.
- Status and error messages exposed to assistive technology.
- Automated checks supplemented by keyboard and screen-reader review.
Known limitations
Some customer-uploaded or third-party media may not include complete descriptions, captions, or transcripts. Complex video-authoring controls and legacy TV playback screens may also require additional improvements. We are reviewing those areas and prioritizing barriers that prevent account creation, payment, content creation, publishing, or support.
If you need content in an alternative format or encounter a barrier, contact us. We will make a reasonable effort to provide access or an effective alternative while a permanent fix is prepared.
Compatibility and testing
Bizrie is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Very old browsers or unsupported combinations may not provide the same experience. We use automated accessibility testing, keyboard-only testing, zoom and reflow review, color-contrast review, and assistive-technology checks as the product changes.
