How to read this list
Not every provider receives every category of data. A provider receives only the information needed for the feature Customer chooses—for example, presenter providers receive scripts and media only when Customer requests presenter generation. Pexels supplies public stock-photo search results to Bizrie but is not intended to receive Customer Personal Data and is therefore not listed as a subprocessor.
Google Cloud and Firebase
Processing location: United States / global infrastructure
Purpose: Cloud hosting, storage, database connectivity, authentication, logging, and delivery
Stripe
Processing location: United States / global infrastructure
Purpose: Subscription checkout, payment processing, billing portal, fraud prevention, and transaction records
OpenAI
Processing location: United States
Purpose: AI-assisted text and voice generation and organization of public website information when Customer requests those features
Meta Platforms
Processing location: United States / global infrastructure
Purpose: Optional Instagram professional-account connection and delivery of Customer-authorized media and captions
HeyGen

Purpose: Premium presenter video generation and related media processing
LiveAvatar

Purpose: Standard and Custom AI Team Member generation and related media processing
Zendesk

Changes and objections
Bizrie may update this list as the Service changes. Customers that accepted the Data Processing Addendum may object to a material new subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds within the notice period by emailing support@bizrie.com.
