Questions are part of
building something great.

Find straightforward answers about Bizrie videos, connected screens, website embeds, subscriptions, and AI Team Member creation.

Getting started

The basics of creating, publishing, and playing Bizrie videos.

What is Bizrie?
Bizrie helps businesses create branded videos and playlists for customer-facing TVs and displays. It combines guided setup, AI-assisted creation, stock media, editing, publishing, and screen management in one workspace.
Is a Bizrie video only for dental practices?
No. Bizrie is designed for any applicable business with a customer-facing screen, including medical offices, salons, spas, gyms, retail stores, auto service centers, banks, hotels, government offices, and other waiting or service environments.
What is the difference between a draft, a published video, and a playlist?
A draft is a video you are still editing in Studio. A published video is a finished version that can play on a connected screen. A playlist combines multiple published videos and controls the order in which they play.
What is included in the free trial?
New businesses receive a 14-day Essentials trial without entering a card. The trial includes the core creation experience and two Standard AI Team Member clips so you can evaluate the workflow before subscribing.
Can I edit a video after publishing it?
Yes. Open the video in Studio, make your changes, review the updated draft, and publish a new version. Your connected screen receives the latest published content.

Photos and video sources

Free stock photos and video clips, Instagram photos, uploads, YouTube videos, automatic matching, and playback requirements.

Does Bizrie include stock photos and video clips?
Yes. Search and choose free Pexels stock photos and short video clips directly in Studio, then add your Bizrie text over the video when appropriate. You do not need Canva or another editor to finish the scene.
Can Bizrie use photos from my Instagram account?
Yes. Connect an Instagram Business or Creator account from Settings and synchronize its photos. When Bizrie chooses imagery automatically, it checks relevant website and Instagram photos before using Pexels stock photography.
Can I choose a specific Instagram photo for a scene?
Yes. Select the scene in Studio, open Image for this scene, and choose the Instagram tab. You can browse synchronized photos and apply one directly. Photos already used in another scene are hidden to help prevent accidental repetition.
Can I still upload my own photos and videos?
Yes. Use Upload photos or video in Studio. Uploaded images can be applied to a selected scene or used in a photo reel, and supported uploaded videos can play as video scenes.
Does Bizrie publish or make changes to my Instagram account?
No. The Instagram connection is used to read and synchronize eligible photos for your Bizrie media library. Bizrie does not publish posts, edit captions, or manage your Instagram audience.
Can I add one of my YouTube videos to a Bizrie program?
Yes. Add a YouTube video content block in Studio, paste the video link, choose the start time and scene length, and confirm that you own the video or have permission to show it. The video plays full-screen without Bizrie text or branding over the YouTube player.
What does a YouTube video need in order to play on a TV?
The video must allow embedding and the TV must have an active internet connection. Restricted, private, age-gated, or embedding-disabled videos may not play. Starting muted is recommended because TV browsers can block autoplay with sound.

Background music

The Bizrie music catalog, individual songs, continuous stations, volume, and clip audio.

What music is available in Bizrie?
Bizrie provides a curated catalog of instrumental background music selected for customer-facing business environments. You can search by title, genre, mood, or artist and filter the catalog by station.
What is the difference between a song and a music station?
Single song plays the track you choose and loops it when the video is longer than the song. Music station continuously shuffles the published songs in that station, giving longer-running programs more variety.
Will background music play over a video clip or AI Team Member?
No. Background music plays during non-video scenes, fades out before a video clip begins, stays silent while the clip plays, and fades back in afterward. Bizrie does not alter or replace the video clip’s original audio.
Can I turn the music off or change its volume?
Yes. Studio includes a background-music on/off switch and a separate volume control. Your selection and volume are saved with that Bizrie video.
Can I use Bizrie catalog music outside Bizrie?
The catalog is licensed for authorized Bizrie programs and is not a standalone music-download service. See Music and AI Notices and the Bizrie Terms of Use for attribution, permitted use, and other details.

AI Team Members

Stock presenters, custom likenesses, voices, captions, and monthly clip allowances.

What is an AI Team Member?
An AI Team Member is an on-screen presenter used to deliver a short spoken message inside a Bizrie video. It can welcome visitors, explain a service, introduce an offer, share instructions, or provide educational information.
What is the difference between Standard, Premium, and Custom AI Team Members?
Standard is an affordable choice for everyday messages and frequent updates. Premium gives important messages a more polished, natural-looking presentation. Custom lets an approved person from your business appear as your AI Team Member and requires their explicit consent.
Does one stock AI Team Member equal one clip?
No. The add-on gives you access to its presenter catalog and a monthly generation allowance. You can select a different eligible stock presenter when creating each new clip. A clip is the finished video generated from your presenter, script, voice, and background choices.
How many new AI Team Member clips can I create each month?
Every paid Bizrie plan includes 4 Standard clips per billing period. The Standard Clip Pack increases that allowance to 40 total Standard clips. Premium includes 4 Premium clips and Custom includes 4 Custom clips. Each clip can be up to 15 seconds long.
Can I reuse a saved clip without using another generation?
Yes. Saved clips remain in your clip library and can be reused in multiple scenes and videos. Your allowance is used when you generate a new clip, not when you replay or reuse an existing one.
Can I see where a saved clip is being used?
Yes. The saved-clips library shows which Bizrie videos use each clip and provides a link back to Studio for those videos.
Can AI Team Member clips show closed captions?
Yes. Turn on Show closed captions when creating the clip. Captions follow the saved script and appear when the clip plays in a Bizrie scene.
Can I choose a voice or another language?
Use Find a voice to search and preview available voices. Voice and language availability can vary by presenter and generation method, so preview the selected voice before generating the final clip.
Can I replace an AI Team Member's background?
When the selected presenter has a solid or transparent studio background, you can keep the original, choose a stock photo, or upload your own background. Background replacement is hidden for presenters with detailed or fixed backgrounds because the result would not composite cleanly.

Custom AI Team Member creation

Recording requirements, consent, review, creation fees, and retraining.

What do I need to create a Custom AI Team Member?
You need a continuous training video approximately two minutes long, a short consent recording from the person shown, a name for the AI Team Member, and confirmation that you have permission to create and use the person’s likeness.
How should I record the training footage?
Use a quiet, evenly lit room and a steady camera. Face the camera directly, stay clearly visible, speak naturally, pause between sentences, and avoid edits, background speakers, or large movements. Bizrie accepts MP4, WebM, or MOV training footage between 1:45 and 2:30, up to 250 MB.
Why is a separate consent recording required?
The consent recording helps verify that the person shown knows about and authorizes creation and use of the AI likeness. The person appearing in the training footage must also appear in the consent recording.
Is custom creation instant?
No. Custom AI Team Members require footage review, provider processing, provisioning, and a quality check. Processing time can vary. Your Bizrie workspace will show the submitted status while creation is in progress and the AI Team Member will become available after it is approved and provisioned.
What does the $99 one-time creation fee cover?
It covers the initial footage and consent review, provider setup, provisioning, and quality checks required to create the custom likeness. It is separate from the $89/month Custom AI Team Member subscription.
When does the $99 creation fee become non-refundable?
The creation fee becomes non-refundable once your approved footage is submitted for creation, except when the AI Team Member cannot be created successfully. Monthly charges can be canceled for future billing periods, but completed creation work and prior charges are not refundable.
Can I submit new training footage later?
The Custom add-on currently permits one training or retraining submission per billing period. Retraining replaces the footage used for the custom likeness and must satisfy the same recording and consent requirements.

Website embeds

Publishing Bizrie videos on your website with a permanent player, automatic updates, and engagement analytics.

Can I put a Bizrie video on my website?
Yes. Website video embeds are included with the Growth plan. Publish the video, open Share from your dashboard, and copy either the embed code or player URL.
Should I copy the embed code or the player URL?
Use the embed code in an HTML or Code Block, including a Squarespace Code Block. Use the player URL when a website builder specifically asks for a video or embed URL. The embed code is the most compatible choice because it already includes the responsive 16:9 player settings.
Is a website embed the same as a preview link?
No. A preview link is a read-only review snapshot that can expire. A website embed is a permanent commercial player for a published video. Keep preview links for approvals and use the website embed on customer-facing pages.
Will the embedded video update when I change it?
Yes. Republish the Bizrie video and the existing website embed automatically loads the latest published version. You do not need to replace the code on your website.
Why does an embedded video start without sound?
Browsers generally require autoplaying video to begin muted. The Bizrie player starts muted so playback can begin reliably and includes an Unmute button for the viewer.
Can I restrict which websites may use my player?
Yes. Optional domain allowlisting lets you approve the domains that may load an embed. You can also revoke or rotate the permanent token if a player URL has been shared somewhere it should not be.
What website embed analytics are available?
Bizrie tracks player views, engagement time, completions, unmute activity, estimated bandwidth, and the domains where the player was viewed. Growth embeds include a small Bizrie icon watermark.

Plans and billing

Subscriptions, screen limits, cancellation, and access to saved work.

Are AI Team Members included in the base subscription?
Yes. Every paid Bizrie plan includes access to the Standard presenter catalog and 4 new Standard clips each month. The Standard Clip Pack increases that allowance to 40 total clips. Premium clips and Custom AI Team Members are optional.
Which plan should I choose?
Starter supports one connected screen and one published video. Essentials supports one connected screen and up to five published videos. Growth supports three connected screens, unlimited published videos, and website embeds.
Can I add more AI Team Member clips after signup?
Yes. Open Billing in your Bizrie account to upgrade to 40 total Standard clips, add Premium clips, or add a Custom AI Team Member. Complete the secure Stripe Checkout, then manage active options from the billing portal.
What happens to unused monthly AI Team Member generations?
Generation allowances renew each billing period and do not roll over. Previously generated clips remain saved for reuse even after the allowance renews.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your existing content is not deleted. After access expires, publishing, TV pairing, and new AI Team Member generation require an eligible active subscription or add-on.
How are payments processed?
Subscription and add-on payments are processed securely by Stripe. Bizrie does not store your full payment-card details.

Screens and troubleshooting

Connecting a display and resolving common playback or generation issues.

How do I connect a TV or display?
Open the Bizrie TV page in a supported browser on the display, note the pairing code, then claim that code from your Bizrie workspace. Once paired, assign a published video or playlist to the screen.
Why is my screen offline or not showing the newest video?
Confirm that the display has an internet connection, the Bizrie TV page is still open, and the correct video or playlist is published and assigned. Refresh the TV browser if it has been suspended or disconnected for an extended period.
Why can't I generate another AI Team Member clip?
Check that your base Bizrie plan still has access, the script fits within the 15-second limit, and your monthly clip allowance has not been reached. Premium and Custom clips also require their corresponding paid option. The Billing page shows your current usage.
Why isn't background replacement available?
The selected presenter likely has a detailed or fixed background. Choose a presenter with a solid or transparent background if you want to use a stock photo or your own background.
Why don't captions appear in my scene?
Confirm that Show closed captions was enabled for the saved clip and that the scene is using that version of the clip. Preview the clip from the saved-clips library before returning to Studio.
